3 ingredient Tasty Tofu balls

I have perfected and reworked my tofu balls recipe, here I will share the result with you; the simplest, tastiest tofuballs that dont require drying the tofu or using a blender. Ready to serve in under 30 minutes!

Ingredients

  • 400 g Tofu

  • 1 dl (1/2 cup) flour, I use 50/50 wheat and chickpea flour

  • Onion powder

  • Salt

  • Optional; cayenne, a splash of mushroom soy, nutritional yeast

Directions

  • Pour all the Ingredients in a bowl
  • Mush it into a dough with your hands, add a little potato starch or corn starch if it doesn’t hold together
  • form small balls, smaller ones cook more evenly
  • Fry in a pan
  • Serve

Notes

  • I served them with Pasta for a simple lunch
