I have perfected and reworked my tofu balls recipe, here I will share the result with you; the simplest, tastiest tofuballs that dont require drying the tofu or using a blender. Ready to serve in under 30 minutes!
Tasty Tofu balls

400 g Tofu
1 dl (1/2 cup) flour, I use 50/50 wheat and chickpea flour
Onion powder
Salt
Optional; cayenne, a splash of mushroom soy, nutritional yeast
Directions
- Pour all the Ingredients in a bowl
- Mush it into a dough with your hands, add a little potato starch or corn starch if it doesn’t hold together
- form small balls, smaller ones cook more evenly
- Fry in a pan
- Serve
