  • Thirty grams vegan butter or margarine

  • Two tablespoons thyme

  • Two teaspoons smoked paprika

  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

  • 8 large mushrooms, chopped

  • 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce

  • 6 potatoes

  • 2 packs Oumph or other vegan protein (like seitan)

  • 4 tablespoons tomato paste

  • 1,5 deciliters (1 cup) red wine

  • 1.5 liter water

  • 3 tablespoons vegetable stock concentrate or bouillon

  • 1dl oat cream

Directions

  • Melt the vegan butter in a large pot over medium heat
  • Add onions, garlic, thyme, smoked paprika, and black pepper to the pot
  • Sauté until the onions are soft and spices are fragrant
